Laurence Elsdon is an experienced full stack developer favouring JavaScript & Node.js but more recently he’s been dabbling in developing extensions to architectural and generative design software with C# and the .NET framework.

Laurence was awarded a Distinction (Exemplary) for his experimental research dissertation - Graphing the City - in which he developed an application to diagrammatically reduce the places of interest within a city to an identity graph. He then analysed the results using graph theoretic social network analysis to quantitatively and objectively explore the commonalities and unique elements of a city’s architectural identity.

He can often be found on the command line where he maintains a variety of servers including both dedicated and cloud infrastructure along with a variety of AWS resources.
